AED 365 Day 7
A necktie.
I drew this late tonight while watching the Golden Globes. I chose it cuz it was easy and I could do it without reference. And then Oprah spoke. And it was powerful. And suddenly a necktie seemed like wrong thing to be drawing while watching all these influential women standing together in solidarity for the rights of women. The energy in this world is shifting. We women are getting stronger and will no longer be strangled into silence.

Today I worked on my 2018 vision board. I am still gathering images on my computer and figuring out what I need it to be, so I have nothing to show here yet.

AED 365 Day 4
Today I started a creative journal. It's a way for me to keep track of the mindsets, moods, thoughts and actions surrounding my daily creativity project. Excited to see what I learn about myself and what patterns may drive my productivity.

AED 365 - day 2
Today, well technically yesterday since I forgot to post this on time.....I got a tattoo. It was my idea/ design I drew up, I just has a tattoo artist execute it. But it still counts because I did something creative.
However I am not currently happy with it so I will not be posting pictures at this time.

Art Every Day (AED) - Day 1
New Beginnings
Today, January 1st 2018, I am beginning the creative project of doing Art Every Day. For the next 365 days ( and hopefully beyond) I will do something creative every single day. Whether it's a painting, drawing, mural, craft project, coloring in a coloring book, or even visiting a museum....I will do something to spark my creativity and help me grow as an artist. This will be my place for holding myself accountable.
Today's painting is called New Beginnings
( it is the first day of a new year and thus the rest of life after all ;-) )
